After of publishing a hosted tile layer from a map package in ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online, the tiles created in Room, scale are not been displayed in AGOL. When we tried to rebuild tiles, the option is not appearing in settings tab. And the percentage of tiles in that scale are in 0%. Is there any way to rebuild manually the tiles? or do we have to republish the map package again?
The customer is aware of the credit consumption but, she needs to know how those tiles got damage. Could be any reason related to that behaviour?
