Hi,
Hopefully someone may be able to help. I have a hosted feature layer, created from a Survey123 form. I have tested ingesting a webhook response directly from Survey123, using FME Flow. This works correctly, as expected.
However, when attempting to set up a webhook directly on the feature service, I get no response when adding or editing a feature.
The feature service has all editing & editor tracking enabled, with "Enable sync" turned off. I have admin rights so that shouldn't be an issue, and the FME Flow URL works directly from a S123 webhook, so it's unlikely that's the issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions as the problem, or anyone experienced anything similar?
Thanks,
Alex
Hi @AlexandHall95 did you have any luck resolving this? Running into a similar issue now. The webhook configured in S123 works but not on a Feature Service directly. The notification status states that it can't resolve the FME Flow domain.
Hi,
Unfortunately not, the issue definitely wasn't with ESRI as if I gave a different (not FME)
end point URL for the webhook then it worked correctly. I got as far as running some tests duplicating the AGOL FS webhook payload using Postman, which actually worked fine with FME Flow, which stumped me even more...
I had opened a ticket with Safe who offered some advice but none of it worked for my scenario. My next step is to approach our internal IT team, and double check none of our security settings would cause an issue.
Ok, thank you for the reply. It's looking like it's probably a security issue for us as well.
