ArcGIS Online - Displaying Date Field Minus 5 hours

Hello,

I have a date field called Inspection Date that is in a published map service.  When I view my data in map viewer, the date field is displaying minus 5 hours.  For instance the original date is 12/1/2018 and AGOL Map viewer shows it as 11/30/2018 7:00PM.  I need this field to be a date field but don't want AGOL to mess with it.  Any ideas on how to stop the hours subtracting?
