ArcGIS Online Dashboard: How to use Unit Prefix in the List element using Arcade?

Hi!

I need to use 'Unit Prefix' in List Element using Arcade, as by default there is no (configuration) option available to display the large numbers using Unit Prefix. Please see the screenshot below.

This 'Unit Prefix' option is available in Serial Charts. In the screenshot you can see, I am able to label the numbers in the chart using Unit Prefix, so the numbers are showing in Millions. Now in the List I want to use the same format to display Total Sales. 

Can someone help me in creating an arcade expression to do so?
