ArcGIS Online Clustering Cannot turn off

I am setting up a new dashboard which defaults to the new ArcGIS online Map viewer by default.  This will automatically cluster points, which I do not want.  I have went into the new map viewer to disable clustering and saved and every time I open it reverts back.  I have also done a save as, no luck.

Never mind I had to go back to the hosted layer view and set default view properties for the layer.
