We would like to use Python Notebooks in our ArcGIS Hub AGO. However when we click on Notebook link on the top of the page, the Esri loader (three vertical blue bars, says "Loading..." underneath) just spins indefinitely. I'm using an Administrator account. Anybody know what the issue is here? Are Notebooks disabled for Hub orgs?
