I have a few questions about the Add Features Panel on the Map Viewer

I have a feature service with a layer symbolized with unique values.  I have the symbols/values arranged in my MXD in a specific order.  In the feature service and on the web map viewer legend the order is preserved but in the Edit Add Feature panel the order is not maintained.  How is the order of the features in the Add Features panel being calculated and is there anyway to control the order?  I would really like to have the icons in the Add Feature panel match the order in my service.

What is the image size for the icons displayed in the Add Features panel and is there anyway to increase the size of the icons.  I would like them to be 32x32 or 48x48 pixels.

This still seems to be an issue. I have the same case where the editing template in the source MXD is displayed correctly, as is the Content panel in the AGOL map. But when you go to the Edit panel, everything is jumbled up. I realize you have the option to manually order your templates, but for a large number of symbols this would be very tedious, and not very GIS. The ordering was purposely alphabetized but is not honored, and the problem carries over to the Collector app. Does anyone know what is causing this?
