Arcade not working in Pop-Up

Hi,

The following Arcade expression seems to be working in the Expression builder, but after saving and adding to a pop-up nothing gets displayed.

Any ideas as to what might be going on??

It's so weird that everything works in the expression builder but not in the actual webmap.  Have you ever heard of a firewall, McAfee or VPN causing issues with things like this?  I'm running out of ideas as to why this isn't working.

I haven't, but I'm not running on Portal, so I don't know what bumps that adds.

For what it's worth we are on Enterprise v10.8.1 and apparently REST services v 10.9.1

@BrianBulla - I know this thread is super old, but I'm having a similar issue. Did you ever find the solution or a workaround?

Hi Hannah!  Unfortunately "No", I was never able to resolve this.  I guess my workaround was to stop using esri products, and started using VertiGIS.  Things seem to work a lot smoother there.
