I am developing a GIS interface (web application) using ArcGIS Online (using the new Map Viewer), and I have to provide a feature to the general end-user (public) where, with a simple drawing tool, they can draw out a line or polygon and export what they drew to a KML or KMZ file.
As a developer, is there a tool/widget/layer I can incorporate into the map I am developing to provide this? Thus far I have not found anything. Thanks!
