Allow attachments to be higher priority than Pop-up Media in Dashboard?

Hey all,
In my popups in AGOL, I have a default image associated with each data point configured through "Pop-Up Media." Some of these points have attachments with them as well.
This web map is being fed into a dashboard which displays the attachment. Right now it will only show the Pop-Up Media image.
Is there a way that I can have the attachment be a higher priority than the Pop-Up Media so that the attachment shows first in a dashboard?
