I'am working with AGOL for one year and last week I was trying to access my files and layer and all can't be loaded.
For example, no layers can be opened via Mapviewer keep showing "Unable to add layer "
also, applications made with Experience Builder keeps asking to sign in whiteout any progress.
Noting this account is not paid, it was trail, is it possible I can't access to all my files for this issue?
This sounds very similar to my issue. It started last Thursday (12/14/23). Esri rejected my bug request.
Did you get any feedback from them ?
