Today I unchecked the security setting that required access to the organization through HTTPS only. Even after doing this, when I try to add a item from a web service I am required to use HTTPS instead of HTTP. Any idea how long until this change takes place?
I would look at the ArcGIS Admin to see what the protocol settings are? Are they HTTP only, HTTP and HTTPS, or HTTPS only. Also, what port is being referenced (6080 is HTTP and 6443 is HTTPS)
