I'm trying to pull in FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer, but I receive the following error:
"The WMS service, http://hazards.fema.gov/wmsconnector/wmsconnector/Servlet/NFHL?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&SERVICE=WMS, cannot be added to the map. It is either not available or you have entered an invalid URL for the type of layer you want to reference"
The service complies with version 1.1.1 of the WMS specification.  Could that be the problem?

Additionally, I have tried to connect with this service using ArcMap 10.1, and there too had trouble.  When I was on ArcMap 10.0, I was able to connect.  Now, when I try it there, I receive the following error:
"A user-supplied component or subscriber raised an exception"
Has anyone seen this error before?

Any insight appreciated!
Thanks,

Looks like the service is down. If you enter the provided URL in a browser, this is what returns.

Thank you for your continued use and support of the MIP. If you have any questions or comments, please contact MIP Help at miphelp@riskmapcds.com or 1-877-FEMA-MAP.

Thanks Mike.  I did notice that when I tried the same thing.  I thought it must be an error, since their application seems to be consuming the service anyway.
