Adding a web page to a story map

Having difficulty having a web page on a tab in a story map behave properly when viewed on a mobile device.
For example: http://thecityofcalgary.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/?appid=b8dc5c0412a949079cacde97a3b94306
When viewed on a mobile the web page breaks through the bottom bar that contains the swipe to go from one tab to the next.
Only the second tab for what ever reason works correctly on a mobile device.
Below is a screen shot the swipe bar which is now in the middle of the web page is highlighed in red.
