Active Directory Groups and ArcGIS Online

We're in the planning stage of implementing Enterprise Logins for users of ArcGIS Online. I'm wondering can Active Directory groups be used to control membership of AGOL groups rather than having to manually add users?

Thanks for the links Jayanta. However they do not address the use of AD Groups. I'm assuming this indicates what I'd like to do is not possible
