A hosted feature layer is visible at feature service URL but not showing up in AGOL

Hi,

I’m working with a hosted feature layer that contains three sub-layers: polygons, lines, and points. Everything has been functioning normally for years, but as of last week, the lines and points layers have suddenly stopped displaying in ArcGIS Online (AGOL).

However, they’re still accessible via the feature service URL, and I can view and edit them as usual in ArcGIS Pro through our Portal connection:

I'm relatively new here, so apologies if I'm missing something obvious.

This layer is tied into several of our automated scripts and processes, so I’d like to avoid republishing it if possible - especially since I understand that could change the URL and break existing integrations.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.

Have you tried a different browser or cleared the cache from your current browser?

I would think if you can see them in Pro, that the data is still there but something in the UI.

Hi @MaraDermitzaki ,

There was a bug that was introduced with the latest June update that caused the item data to become out of sync with the layers on the service if a field display name was updated. This has been fixed now.

Try the following steps to get the missing sublayers back in your item data:

1.   Open the hosted feature layer item details page.

2.   From the item details page, open the feature layer in either Map Viewer or the Visualization tab.

3.   Save the layer (You don't need to make any changes).

4.   Go back to the hosted feature layer item details page and refresh the page to see all sublayers.

If this doesn't work please reach out. There is an alternative workaround you could try as well.
