404 Error in esri web appbuilder

Hello all
I'm new to ESRI community, currently i developing the web app using the webappbuilder developer edition, and i download the app with proxy configurations and i hosted in local machine. but im facing the issue of 404 error (Not found).Anyone knows how to resolve could you please help me out to solve the issue.
