In an ArcGIS Online Web Map, allow for relating a non-spatial table of values with dates/times (many-to-one) to a layer of static features (points, lines or polygons). Allow that relate to be animated with the time slider This is a powerful feature for organizations with lots of time-specific data, e.g., transactions, or temporally summarized data, that are tied to specific locations or jurisdictions. Examples are water elevations at gauging stations over time, or annual reportings of various health data.
