We need a means by which administrators can control how much data members are able to store/host in ArcGIS Online.
This would help promote good data management habits and also prevent user's from hosting content beyond their $ budget means.
Default allocation/limit of say 2 GB, with ability to increase as needed, or set to unlimited.
