Hi,
I thought it would be nice if Esri could enable users to specify the refresh layers for multiple selected layers or for all layers so that the layers refresh at the same time rather than having to go through each layer individually to establish the refresh rate. Otherwise all the layers refresh at different times which isn't aesthetically pleasing and visually annoying.
