ArcGIS Online should show users the Organization's password policy when they are creating or changing passwords. Currently, it is not apparent what the requirements for a user's password must be when creating a password for the first time after receiving an email invitation for a pre-made account. Users must try various passwords until one meets the unknown requirements, or they give up and email an administrator for assistance. It would be helpful to show those requirements on the password change page so that users will be able to take the policy into account when choosing a password.
