Hello esri community,
I wish there is an option on AGOL to share my content (including hub, apps, maps, Storymaps and experience builder pages) with only the people I send them the links/URLs for these pages or map viewers.
I recently encountered an issue related to sharing content. I created a project using ArcGIS Experience Builder through my organizational account and wanted to share the URL with someone outside my organization. To do this, I had to make the project public cuz I was not sure about the other person's account, while my intention was for it to be accessible only to myself and the person I shared the link with.
I believe it’s even easier to share URLs through a non-GIS communication channel, as this approach helps keep our content secure without requiring non-GIS professionals to create a public account.
