I think it would be helpful to be able to share content with individual users in your organization rather than having to create a group or share with the whole organization. This would be similar to how you can share items in Google Drive.
This would be so helpful when you need to share with one person, or a few people for a brief time. This could use the regular sharing model currently, but share with an individual rather than a group. or one way I could see it working is to create a unique URL for the item that you can forward to users to access the item. Similar to how you can share surveys and survey results in survey123.
Yes, this is sorely needed. I have working crime analysts in my class who use data from their agencies that they cannot share with anyone but me. Forcing them to share the StoryMap with the entire university community has caused some issues.
