Send group mail from ArcGIS Online

I'd like to see the option of emailing the group via a button on the group member listing page.

It should either:
- Only consist of a button that creates an e-mail for the active mail application; or
- A window with a message and a title. This way the mail addresses want be shown to the users.

Email users within an org is available with Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online -

I'd also advocate this option to be available to non-admins.  Esri has a sample tool (code available on GitHub Tools · Esri/ago-admin-wiki Wiki · GitHub ) that will allow admins to email users by group, or email all members in the org.

This is nice solution, but I also think this is an important ArcGIS Online ability.
