As I read here Scene Viewer requirements—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS scene viewer and scene-based apps aren't yet available on mobile devices.
We are currently working on our first 3D applications and lot of clicks on our homepage (were we implement all of our apps) are with mobile devices.
When will it be supported?
