Scale to Fit Marker Text - AKA Scale Point to fit label in Map Viewer

Hi All,

This option was usually in reference to labeling highway shields. In my case I am labeling simple point symbols.

I would love the ability to scale the point symbol in AGOL Map Viewer to fit the label. My labels are centered and it would be nice to have the point grow and shrink with the scale and with the size of the label text. This is possible in ArcGIS Pro (although they have more to enhance there also). Here's an example from ArcGIS Pro, one of the green circles doesn't have a label but the other 2 have the callout point symbol width and height scaling: 

Unfortunately, if I publish this as a hosted feature service to AGOL, it loses all of that ability.
