Save symbology and pop-up configuration to apply to different data.

Be able to save symbology and pop-up configuration settings so they can be applied multiple times.  For example, if map data needs to be re-uploaded after all the symbolgoy and pop-up settings have been finalized, you don't want to have to redo all the configuration.

Not sure why this hasn't been done yet?  Just a check box to save the configuration for reapplication?  Very painful for consistency of layer information across multiple maps.
