Provide Survey123 release date for Current release

On the Survey123 What's new page, all releases have a release date except for the current release. That is perhaps the most important release for which to have a date, since it helps correlate the change date with issues that users have started to report. That is especially true for forms viewed in the web app.

As it stands now, it's impossible to know if the Current release was one day after the previous release, or today.

The Survey123 product team implemented this idea a few months ago (see red text in example below). Thank you!! Now we just need more of the Esri product teams (e.g. Collector) to do the same.
