Polygon labeling suggestions

Hi, I would like to suggest adding more polygon labeling options, in order of importance.

1. Please make labels stackable

2. choose position within polygon

3.  allow placement outside of polygon.

Thank you for consideration, these revisions would make every user's life much better.

I should have mentioned, I would wish for these features to be included in "dynamic" labeling.  For example, stack only if needed based on scale, feature proximity, label conflicts, etc.

I am not interested in creating multi line labels, just a dynamic (automatic) stacking option.

I would second these suggestions, and also request that leader lines based on feature size be an option (similar to this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/how-to-add-leader-lines-to-labels-in-arcgis-on...)

Would be very helpful in my organization as some of our constraints data polygons are very small, and labeling them effectively can be difficult if they are close to other, larger features.
