Can we have a tool that helps Enterprise portal and ArcGIS Online publishers and IT managers?
The tool helps with life cycle management of published web-feature layers, webmaps, webapps and other online products in the content folder of Enterprise portal/ArcGIS Online.
Suggestion is to have an automatic flag or a notification. Once a publication reached its end of life the publisher/IT manager receives an automatic flag or notification.
Web platforms like youtube etc. have this kind of functionality. Once your content is older than one year it will be removed. My suggestion is not to automatically remove online GIS content but give a automatical notification. This will make managment life a lot easier.
