For any given web map in ArcGIS Online, when creating a new offline map area (or editing an old) , the time field for the packaging schedule does not allow adjustments of the time.
Workflow:
Navigate to Web Map>Select Settings>Manage Offline Areas>Create Offline Area>Navigate to Packaging Schedule
The time field does not allow you to select the hour or minute section and enter a new time.
Historically this was super easy to use. After an update (sometime Q2 2022) the only way to adjust the time is to select the Hour or Minute section and use the arrow keys to adjust. This is terribly inefficient. Please fix.
