In Map Viewer Classic, attachments can be added to records during the initial creation of the record. This functionality appears to have been removed in the new Map Viewer. The only way to add a photo to a record via the new Map Viewer appears to be to submit the record, then select it, edit it and add the attachment - i.e. makes for a lot more mouse clicks!
