The online .Net SDK 10 Documentation is great but I would like to read it in a book format on an e-reader and or easily print sections off to read. It would be really nice to have the .Net SDK 10 Documentation in PDF either as a download or stored with the other available PDF's in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Documentation
