Multiple Languages Option for Open Data Portal

Please add this option in the Template, so when Users want to see our Portal, ArcGIS Hub , they can select a language to view the information.

I'm curious to hear more about this idea. There are Hub sites that accomplish this today by adding a link to the header to a version of the site, or as a page, in other languages:

Ontario GeoHub 

City of Fredericton 

Then you can also have multiple language version of apps tagged with the language so Gallery cards and search categories are limited to that language's apps and datasets. 

The old Google Translate button is no longer supported (or available). Instead, Google recommends that you use Chrome.
