On the settings tab for an application item, the dropdown for the API section lists APIs that have been retired for 9 years or more, Flex (June 1, 2016), Silverlight (June 1, 2016), Web ADF (2012!) and Other are the options.
Replace with a list of the API/SDKs that Esri currently offers. List below is what is on the developer page.
