Map Tips

Hi, could you please add "Map Tips" to the web maps like the feature available in other Esri products such as ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro?  It would allow users to hover the mouse over a feature and expose an attribute(s) via a text box or something similar.  This feature would not require any additional input from the user, no clicking, just whatever feature the mouse cursor is on would pop up.  That would be very useful in the web maps since the labeling/placement options on the product are so limited.

Check out Instant Apps like Media Viewer etc., they offer hover-over pop-ups within the application. 

In my opinion hover-over pop-ups can be a bit hit-and-miss depending on the amount of information and the type of data you're showing.

I'd much rather tools like Select By Shape and Export tools were embedded as capabilities into Map Viewer

This is available in Hub Data Download pages. Would be great to see this as a Map option in Applications.
