Servus altogether,
at the moment, AGOL Admins can just switch Esri Access on or off for new users. There should be a third option: "Let the User decide"...
As Esri Access is sort of a privacy issue in some regions (e. g. European Union), users should have the opportunity to voluntarily decide wether or not they would like to activate (or de-activate, see below) this feature. Then, this is no longer the administators' business...
There should be also an opportunity to activate user-decided-Esri-Accerss for existing users.
And, there should also be an option for a user to de-activate Esri-Access, as this would fulfill the privacy regulations of EU...
