Legends for raster data on arcgis online are not configured properly in mapviewer and there no way they can be changed.

Raster image services published in ArcGIS online and displayed with map viewer are configured incorrectly and can not be modified by the user.   If you look at the first attached link (rasterimage.png), the data is from a minimum of -174.913  and goes to a maximum of 80.6847   but the range is shown as 80.6847 - -174.913.  The range order should be flipped from min to max.   Better yet, the range values should be placed bottom to top rather than left to right. I copied a second image below (arcpro.png) from arcpro to show how it should look in arcgis online.  The client I am doing work for actually had this complaint.

YES!
I'm having the exact same issue with my rasters published as map image services (High-Low, okay but which end of the ramp is high?)
Make legends in AGOL more configurable!
