When you want to delete a member from your organisation, rather than having to first disable ESRI Access and recall licences, add those as automatic part of 'Delete member' with an 'Are you sure?' pop-up that double-checks e.g. 'If so confirm you want to recall licence and disable ESRI access'. Then adds a further warning if that user has content that hasn't been transferred before delete can take place.
