1) We should be able to configure map services and identify on map services. You can import a shapefile and configure and identiry, but it becomes a static map. We need to use map services so that data is live. Otherwise I'd have to keep importing the layers and resetting all the symbology any time there's a data update.
2) We should be able to search on a field. Or be able create a drop down list box so the user can select a feature from a layer and zoom to it.
3) Give us standard pan, zoom tools.
