Hide/Not Include Tables in The Layers List (WAB)

Don't include tables, or allow the option for tables to not be displayed, in the Layer List Widget in WAB.  It looks really odd and it confuses users because they don't know what it is or how to access it (and then I have to explain, no, you are accessing it just not in the way they think they can).
