GeoForm should support Hosted Table Services

The GeoForm app template does not currently support collecting form info in a Hosted Table Service. It requires the layer be a FeatureLayer.

However, for my specific use case I don't care about location. I see no reason why I should be required to use a FeatureLayer versus a Hosted Table Service. One can store location, the other can't. Let me choose.

I agree, there are so many times that a simple geoform would work but having the map just complicates it. If it is easier to keep the app the same have it still use a featureLayer but give the option to hide the map with a default point location for entries.
