Hello!

I was married in July and changed my username and name - my organization is on SAML authentication, so I had to create a new account.

Not a big deal (I assumed that was the case) - but now I have to manually transfer 700+ items and groups over to my new username. You can just select everything in bulk, but that doesn't transfer your folders, so if I want to keep my folder structure I have to go folder by folder. There is no bulk way to transfer groups, so that I have to do one by one (I have 90+ groups)

Even though my new account was listed as an admin on ArcGIS Online - certain roles and settings I created on my original account are not transferring over.

I'm also supposed to be an authorized caller - which we're still working on. Customer support sent me an invitation for my account, but the website refuses to register my new account as an authorized caller.

So - I guess if you are an ArcGIS admin, you should...…just never change your name. Lol

I got married this year too, have changed my name on official documents and trying to do decide what to do at work. I'm also an AGOL admin so this puts me off changing anything! Ideally there would be a better way for Esri to deal with name changes/transfer *everything* over to a new account. We can't be the only ones.
