It would be great to be able to customize the text and items (group names, layer names, etc) that are included in legends across all platforms.
Currently whatever you uploaded on the web layer in ArcGIS Pro is what you are stuck with. No app appears to provide much enhanced options for simple text and 'cleaning' legend functionality.
I can't use pop up work arounds as the layers i'm dealing with are raster/tile layers (no functionality with pop up customization).
