Enhance Header/Sub-header Customization in ArcGIS Online

Can you allow an admin of ArcGIS Online to set the default sub-header that is made on a click.

Allowing us to configure it to do this:

On click for "Content", display "My Organization" instead of "My Content"

As an admin I find myself sharing this information a ton with new users. Many users do not make their own content and would prefer browsing other people's maps/apps. When they click content, they see nothing and assume they did something wrong. To my knowledge, we are able to configure the default Header when a user logs in, but not the default sub-header on click. See the below image for context .
