There should be a way to edit the creator field of a feature service IN PLACE, or change ownership of a feature to a user other than the original creator.
When assisting clients with their data on another organizational account, the feature editing capability is locked to the person who created the feature. The clients we are assisting need a way to transfer ownership of that feature so they can edit it.
