It would be wonderful to be able to convert a 2D web map to a 3D Scene or vice versa. The functionality to convert a map to a scene in Pro has been around for a long time. I don't see why it isn't available in AGO. I saw this same idea was posted and closed over 10 years ago and I would like to resurrect the idea here.
