Create a feature layer template for 3D editing

Importing 3D models to an ArcGIS Online feature layer requires a series of actions:

In ArcGIS Pro:

1. Creating a 3D Object feature class
2. Add storage format GLB
3. Create a zip file from the FGDB

In ArcGIS Online:

1. Add zip file as an Item
2. Publish a feature service and enable editing
3. Publish a scene service from the feature service.

The idea is to create a 3D template that is ready to import 3D models. Using the Add Item menu - creating a new Scene layer based on a generic template, skipping all the previous steps.
