Content filters to display AppStudio apps and build files

On the content page in ArcGIS Online, there is the ability to filter by Item Type. The filters currently even include "Apps" and underneath that "Mobile Apps". However, selecting these filters actually filters out AppStudio apps and their build files such as ipas, apks etc.

There are preset filters for WAB, EB, Dashboards already. The suggestion would be to add a new filter called "AppStudio Apps" which would filter back to the actual AppStudio app items as well as their build files/installers.

The use case here is to be able to quickly and easily see all AppStudio related items in the content view. This would be particularly useful when searching across the whole ArcGIS Online organisation.
