As far as I can tell, there is no 'help' section for the average end-user in an ArcGIS Online organization to access (there is help for configuring / administering AGOL, but not for using it). In my organization, filled with very smart engineers and operation specialists, the average end-user does not intuitively 'get' arcgis online. I am forced to create a series of help files / videos and list the links to them on the Home page for the organization. A configurable, searchable help section for the AGOL administrator to customize would make a lot more sense.
